Army Chief Gen. Bipin Rawat on Friday asserted that the Indian armed forces have utmost respect for human rights and pointed out that the Human Rights Cell in the Army headquarters was being upgraded to the level of a Directorate.

AP News:

The AP government identified that at least 28 lakh people are eligible for houses or housing sites. Out of these, at least 21 lakh beneficiaries are eligible for house pattas and 7 lakh beneficiaries are eligible for house construction.
